Anticipating IRS Challenges to FLPs and FLLCs
Possessed of favorable tax attributes and tremendous flexibility, family limited partnerships (FLPs) and family limited liability companies (FLLCs) have proliferated over the past decade and have become an integral part of many estate plans.
